These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in La Tanda, a savings pool program designed to empower individuals and communities through financial inclusion and collaborative investment. By participating in La Tanda, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By participating in the La Tanda savings pool program, I declare that I have read, understood and fully accepted the terms and conditions set forth below:
2. Eligibility
To participate in La Tanda, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a valid government-issued ID.
Reside within the program's designated service area.
Demonstrate a commitment to financial responsibility and regular contributions.
Be willing to actively participate in program activities and adhere to its regulations.
3. Registration and Participation
To register for La Tanda, you must complete the online registration form and provide accurate and complete information.
You are responsible for keeping your registration information up-to-date.
You agree to actively participate in La Tanda and comply with the program's rules and regulations.
You acknowledge that your participation in La Tanda is voluntary and you may withdraw from the program at any time visit the Structure and Regulation page for datails.
4. Contributions
You agree to make regular contributions to the La Tanda pool as established in the program's guidelines.
Contributions are typically made bi-weekly and the amount will be specified at the time of registration.
You are responsible for ensuring that your contributions are made on time and in the correct amount.
Late or missed contributions may result in penalties as determined by the program Regulaory board.
5. Investment and Distribution
The pooled funds from each tanda are distributed to the assigned member based on a raffle process.
You acknowledge that investments involve risk and there is no guarantee of returns, see the Potential Flaws & Risks page for a deeper understanding.
Returns on investments are distributed equally among the members of the Regulatory Board of La Tanda, after deducting any necessary expenses. This applies only when there is an investment made.
You will receive regular statements detailing the performance of your investments and the distribution of returns.
6. Withdrawal Rules
Regular withdrawals are permitted at the end of each investment cycle, typically every 15 days.
Early withdrawals are allowed under exceptional circumstances, with a penalty fee applied to discourage unnecessary withdrawals visit our Q&A page if you have any questions.
The penalty fee will be determined by the group and communicated to all members before the start of the La Tanda.

La Tanda is committed to protecting your personal information.
We will collect, use, and share your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy for a clearer understanding.
You have the right to access and correct and update your personal information at any time.
